It felt like he was running for five long years. In a thick never-ending fog of malice which lapped
at his skin and at his soul. He was running to where he doesn't know maybe to escape but
escape to where? That thick malice fog seemed to hinder his sight.

“link please I know you are in there somewhere, are you really ok with letting him corrupt you
like this?”

A familiar voice seemed to echo through the barren and wartorn landscape reminiscent of how
he died, malice controlled guardians litter and roam the landscaping ignoring link it gave him
pause faintly he can see an black and magenta figure in the distance it looked familiar before it
hit him. Taking off he started running to the figure.

“No I'm not revali! I don't want this!”

He outstretched his hand but before it made contact the black and magenta figure of revali
disappeared and reappeared feet away, link took off again towards the malice figure.

“I want to go home. . . To you, to the others!”

Link pleaded before feeling thick strands of malice wrap around his body and forcing him on his
stomach, a collar of malice clicked in place with the left side of his face on the ground. Leaving
the right side of his face free, his free eye noticed the malice figure of revali slowly disappearing
in smoke as he outstretched his hand.

“Please, don't leave me revali! please don't leave me here alone even if you are just an
apparition just stay so I don't lose my sanity!”

He pleaded his vision blurred slightly as tears slid down the right side of his face as the Malice
figure disappeared and carried on the cold wind.

“Don't go. . .”

Link whispered quietly as tears fell onto the dirt ground, before a cloud started swirling above
him as droplets of malice seemed to pelt him relentlessly.

“You still persist? How utterly pathetic link, give it up you died pass on already”

Despite that, link looked up at the gerudo man who placed his boot on Link's head.

“Go to hell ganandorf”

Link spat out as ganondorf put more force onto Link's head.
“Oh don't worry, link I won't kill you yet. . .not until I break you down mentally it's been five years
after all and I will break you down in due time after all I have near full control over your body,
how you tend to have slight control baffles me, is it because of hylia? Let me be as blunt as I
can, she retracted her protection on you. Everyone thinks you were dead yet this is mere child's
play for me, I already captured the rito next I shall take back what's mine, gerudo town”

“You won't succeed, urbosa isn't someone who you can take lightly, even if you have my body
that is”

Link retorted, as ganon scoffed.

“Please, that barren gerudo is mere childsplay for me. If she struggled with thunder blight, what
could she possibly do? It was the rito that gave me reasonable concern for a counter attack
which is the closest I've been to respecting anyone aside from the first king of Hyrule and his
pitiful wife”

With that ganon removed his boot from link’s head and started walking away leaving hylia’s
chosen hero alone being pelted by rain of malice.

“I just. . .I want to go home. . .”

Link whimpered and closed his eyes, as memories flashed through his mind. Memories of the
other champions, memories of Zelda, to memories of an intimate and romantic night with revali
in a cabin hidden in the Tabantha frontier where only the two knew, away from prying eyes to
indulge themselves in private, keeping their relationship secret from the others.

“I just want. . .my revali”
